The Human Resources Office supports the University by developing and administering programs, policies, and services that promote employee effectiveness, professional growth, workplace discipline, and organizational well-being.

Through recruitment, orientation, training, employee development, performance support, and workplace engagement, the Office helps build a competent, service-oriented, and values-driven community committed to the mission of Liceo de Cagayan University.

Recruitment and Onboarding

Supports the selection, appointment, orientation, and integration of qualified employees into the University community.

Training and Development

Plans and coordinates learning activities that strengthen professional competence, teaching practice, leadership, and workplace skills.

Performance and Engagement

Promotes employee effectiveness, constructive workplace relationships, recognition, and continuing institutional participation.

Policy and Workplace Support

Supports the implementation of personnel policies, workplace discipline, employee welfare, and responsible organizational practices.
