Liceo U JPIA Hailed Overall Champion at Accountancy Week 2026

Liceo de Cagayan University's Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA) was hailed Overall Champion at the Accountancy Week Celebration 2026, held from July 12 to 18 at Pilgrim Christian College. The event was organized by the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Misamis Oriental Chapter and the Council of Financial and Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (CFJPIA).
Held under the theme "EMPOWER," the week-long celebration brought together accounting students from higher education institutions across Northern Mindanao in a series of academic, leadership, sports, e-sports, and talent competitions.
The University also earned the titles of Overall Champion – Academic League and Overall Champion – Non-Academic League, reflecting the well-rounded performance of its student delegates throughout the competition.
